Torbjörn Ekstrand, CEO
Torbjörn started his career in the financial world at SEB 1993. Since then his professional life has been dedicated to develop professional services first as an Consultant then as founder of TradeTech Consulting back in 1998, focusing on services for the financial services. In his profession he finds himself in process of startups, strategy and business development, taking out directions and getting people to run in the right directions. Acting as catalyst and motivator is his goal to get the organization to move fast and build operational teams to ensure long term focus.
Core for Torbjörn is to work with people that complements and works together to ensure that everything and everyone is onboard. Over the last 15 years Torbjörn has accumulated quite some professional experiences working with international corporate, banks and financial institutions. Being what most will call an entrepreneur, he focus on the goal and as he has matured some over the years, also on the value of well defined processes taking him future toward working on corporate performance and operational excellence.

Thomas Klang, Customers and Investors
Thomas has a longtime understanding of the financial market after many years in the banking sector. He has been working with supporting dealers, trading stocks and options, being a private banking adviser and a salesman to the corporate market. Thomas has also started up some companies from ideas to market proof as well as built up existing companies to market leaders. He is well experienced from starting up business as well as working in multinational companies.
Thomas strength is to see what it takes to create relevant conditions. His focus is long term relations and seeing beyond the goal. Thomas builds up commitments and trust between all the connected people that makes long term focus and conditions for a delight success.

Karl Olsson, COO
Karl has 30 years of extensive experiences in sales, marketing and operations. He has over the years taken a number of business ideas to commercial success. His experience ranges from companies such as Ericsson, Canon, Proffice, to Comviq and Transcom where he was involved in the launch of the mobile operator Comviq GSM and the call center company Transcom.
This, together with many years of his experience of management in the staffing sector, with its volatility, has given Karl a broad knowledge in management, including building structure and processes, and effective follow-ups in ongoing businesses as well as start-ups.

Hans Uhrus, CCO
Hans has a longtime experience from working with communications, both within companies and with outside contacts as head of corporate communications for a listed company. He has taken a company all through the IPO process and very well knows how to get media and analysts as well as the public and employees to get the best and correct picture of the company.
Prior to Cormance Hans has started a Swedish branch of a staffing agency from scratch up to a nationwide company.
Among his other experiences Hans has been working as an option broker and has a god picture of the financial markets needs. He also has a solid experience in sales and marketing, primarily in the service sector.
