My newest book, FINDING AGNETHA, is now published and available in paperback and E-book through www.amazon.com  (for starters). The book has been two years in the making, and is now also translated and available in Swedish, in paperback and E-book. I figured that if I was going to write about one of the most famous Swedish bands, I better make the book available for Sweden. It was originally inspired by the group ABBA, after seeing the Mama Mia performance. I looked up much of what was being said or written about the group, and it struck me that here was a very talented group, which had not performed together since the early 1980s, and yet, people repeatedly talked about their hopes for a “reunion” by the group – decades later. I decided to cut to the chase and worked up a story-line, and wrote a book that brings the subject to the table. It was my way of saying, “hey, anything is possible!”, and who knows, maybe Agnetha Fältskog, or Benny Andersson, or Bjorn Ulvaeus or even Anni-Frid Lyngstad, will someday get a copy of this book and say, “What the hell – let’s give the world one last taste of ABBA!” It’s not too late. If Mick Jagger can still shake it, and Paul McCartney can still belt out a tune – both of whom kicked off their careers a decade before ABBA existed, then we should be able to see ABBA on stage again.

Finding Agnetha is a book for young adults and adults alike. It is a passionate story about following one's dream, in spite of all the reasons not to. The book follows an eleven year-old, named Morrie Norris, whose icon is the group ABBA. Morrie's goal is to meet the group and get them to perform for the entire world again, after twenty-five years off the circuit. With thousands of fans cheering him along, Morrie runs away from his troubled and violent home in America, makes his way to Sweden, with police in both countries chasing after him. He befriends people along the way, who think his dream is doomed, but who cannot resist the young boy's charm. Morie Tweets his way across the world, creating an international fever about an upcoming "ABBA concert" - one which not even the members of ABBA are aware of. A simple, yet powerful story, with a great message.
