Håkan Gartell appointed acting CEO of A+ Science

Agneta Franksson, former CEO of CRO company A+ Science, has decided to resign. Håkan Gartell has been appointed acting CEO.

Håkan has a bachelor's degree in economics and human geography and has previously been CEO of Vita Nova Ventures AB (publ), Kapitalkraft in Sweden AB, Stock Invest, Civic Fondkommission, Banco Fonder, Aktiespararnas Service AB and stock market editor at Dagens Industri.

Board of director assignments include chairman of Stock Invest, ESMA Fraser, Kindwalls Bil AB (publ) and Phir AB. Board member of Havsfrun Investment AB (publ) and Taurus Energy AB (publ).

The recruitment of a new CEO will begin immediately.
