XMReality Remote Guidance now includes mobile recording
XMReality has now released a new feature which enables users to record their remote guidance call on their mobile. Recording has previously been available when using remote guidance on a PC and the feature has been very popular, which is why recording is now also being launched for iOS and Android devices.
The recording function is simple and straight forward to use - but it opens up a broad range of possibilities for the user:
- For repetitive support tasks users can prerecord a remote guidance call and easily share it on their company’s support page or directly with their client. This is also perfect to use for internal training and support between colleagues.
- Users can record a remote guidance call to document acceptance of repairs, verify guarantees and use the recordings for future guarantee issues.
- By recording the first guidance session a user make they can easily share it with someone afterwards to get a second opinion or additional help. It opens up for several possibilities to continue problem resolution offline.
- Users can create their own library of recordings to easily keep track of past issues, refresh their memory on specific customer issues and keep their internal documentation in top condition.
The recording feature for both PC and mobile are only available for the Enterprise tier of XMReality Remote Guidance.
