Madonna Tribute Show by Chris America (USA) at Clarke Quay

Chris America Is a multi-award winning Madonna Tribute Artist and Professional Actor, She has had the pleasure of portraying one of the most influential, glamorous, controversial and dynamic media stars of the twenty first century. Chris is so convincingly authentic as Madonna, in likeness, character, stature, vocals, dance, and performance style she doubled as 'Madonna' at the MCI Center during the 'Drowned World Tour' for guest VIPs and she was hired as the model for the actual facial mold for Madonna’s figurine at The Hollywood Wax Museum. Madonna herself has commented on Chris as “a good representation”.

Chris was chosen as the opening Headlining Act for the 2008 Madonnathon - held in honor of Madonna's 50th birthday celebration at BB Kings in NYC.  Chris America has traveled the world performing as Madonna for private and corporate events working with celebrities like Arnold Schwarzenegger and Joan Rivers,  The Jean Paul Gautier International exhibit, for Clinton's Inauguration and the premiere of Evita, touring with acclaimed Legends in Concert. Chris has performed for The White House staff, Madison Square Garden, Sirius Radio, Xerox, Amadeus, and she was even requested by Sharon Osbourne to perform at Ozzie’s Birthday Bash.

Chris America’s extensive background in Television, Film, Radio, and Voice-over work includes appearances on; The Discovery Channel, MTV, CNN, Sirius Radio, Jay Leno’s “Tonight Show”, advancing to the Semi-finals in ABC’s “The Next Best Thing”, the only Madonna look alike chosen to appear on the “Oprah Winfrey Show”, and starring in a Documentary about Madonna on the A&E Network.  Chris America has appeared in numerous international media and print campaigns in magazines, on billboards and packaging, been shot by the famous fashion photographer & pioneer Francesco Scavullo, and worked with renowned stylist John Frieda. Chris has been featured in; The New York Times and Daily News, USA Today, Ladies Home Journal, Washingtonian Magazine, and in and on the cover of Esquire Magazine December issue which received the third highest response to date in their history. 

Chris America has won many awards in her industry as voted in Orlando, Florida and Las Vegas, Nevada at the Celebrity Impersonators Conventions, by International Agents and Peers to include "Best Celebrity Recreation", "Best Costuming" and "Pop Rock and Roll Artist".

Chris America is proud of Madonna’s humanitarian efforts and donates her own time and talents to work with children and charities including: The Children's Miracle Network, Make A Wish Foundation, Juvenile Diabetes Foundation, and the United States Girl Scouts Association. 

With a full-time personal trainer and seamstress, Chris maintains Madonna's athletic physique and latest looks with an extensive custom made wardrobe encompassing all of Madonna's signature costumes from the Early 80's to today’s Current looks.  Even after reaching American Icon status and inspiring millions world-wide, Madonna is still a morph in progress. Her intrigue continues to captivate and inspire, challenging Chris America to evolve right along with her. Chris states, “I suppose this is what has held my interest in the work I do for so long. She is mysterious and familiar all at once - Forever a phenomenon and a joy to celebrate for a tribute artist like myself”.
