ZOUK SINGAPORE PRESENTS: CHECKPOINT, THE F1 WEEKEND SUPER SPRINT

Press Release   •   Aug 14, 2018 15:03 +08

14 AUGUST, SINGAPORE – In conjunction with the upcoming season of the Singapore Grand Prix, Zouk will be gearing up to go full throttle with Checkpoint – a three day after party inspired by the golden-age of 8-bit video games. Held across the F1 weekend from 14 – 16 September, the line-up starts with resident veteran Hong’s CODE on Friday, Dutch DJproducer luminary R3HAB and throwback special, Total Recall on Saturday, and a special performance by UK R&B crooner, Jay Sean plus special guest to close the series on Sunday. Aimed to evoke a sense of nostalgia reminiscent of the joystick and button-mashing days, expect a rad race down memory lane with visuals and photo opportunities drawn from the favourite retro games.

Maintaining the concept of an all-encompassing venue synonymous with the Zouk brand that many have come to love, the current Zouk Singapore complex comprises of four distinctive yet independent outlets – ZoukPhuture, Capital and RedTail Bar by Zouk. All of which, are specifically conceptualized to cater to different age groups and target profiles through a spectrum of varying atmospheres, experiences and music programmes.
