CSR Series: Inspiration Talk with Yuying Secondary School Students
In our latest Corporate and Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives, Evorich welcomed students from Yuying Secondary School for an inspiration talk with the Founder and Group Managing Director of Evorich Holdings Pte Ltd, Mr. Dennis Teo for a casual and fun sharing session.
EVORICH staff shared with the students on the connection between the knowledge they learnt in school and how it is applied in our products. For example, the knowledge of density has a profound impact on the creation of EVORICH’s Evo HERF floor planks in terms of dimensional stability. The applied knowledge concept motivates students on the usefulness of the skills and tools they have acquired in their school.
In the second segment of the visit, Dennis shared with the participants on his life journey from his teenage years to the current successful business operation in Singapore and beyond.
He provided a foundation of thoughts for the students. Beyond the knowledge gained in school, interpersonal skills and personal resilience are two ingredients that attribute towards his success in family life and business.
