Evorich Flooring has been featured in October 2012 Issue of Roof & Facade Magazine, one of the popular and well read magazine in Asia among developers, architects, builders, interior designers and many more who are in the building industry. This issue is focusing more on frameworks and sustainability that introduces several green building structures as well as materials that are sustainable and eco friendly to the surrounding environment.

In this article, Evorich Flooring share some of their quality outdoor decking features, Accoya® wood which is a natural wood that can be used for decking as well as wall paneling and Forexia® wood which is a composite wood that is eco friendly and comes with outstanding durability.

Accoya® wood decking is taken from sustainable grown timber which has went through acetylated modification process that does not emit any harmful toxic or substances to the surrounding. As it is a good insulator of heat, this wood is recommended for swimming pool area that has many users walking bare feet to the swimming pool without having to worry that the wood would be too warm for their feet to bear the heat. As this material does not require much maintenance, it can be installed as wall panels as well whereby the wood has to be of outstanding quality with minimal maintenance to be done as cleaning of wall paneling would be a tedious job.
