Singapore Garden Festival 2012 features Accoya® Eco Wood Decking

A public showcase of various creative natural garden winning designs for Singapore Garden Festival 2012 is exhibiting at Suntec Convention Centre Level 6 from 7^th July to 15^th July 2012.

Accoya® Decking is used for the silver award project “Fu-chi-tei” ,a peaceful and quiet retreat designed by renowned landscape designer, Mr Koji Ninomiya.

The laying arrangement of Accoya® wood decking is different from the usual standard way. Every individual piece of wood is formed starting from using long planks at the exterior to the smallest piece in the middle of the decking to form a focal point, crafted brilliantly in an inward spiral design.

Accoya® is one of the highly durable and Eco-sustainable wood available in the world today with the most number of eco accreditations such as Forest Stewardship Council, PEFC and the highly regarded, Singapore Green Label . Accoya® wood is also 100% renewable, non-toxic and 100% recyclable and hence greatly contributes towards a green living environment.
