Kimberly-Clark Malaysia named one of the “Best Companies to Work For in Asia”

Kimberly-Clark Malaysia has been named among the “Best Companies to Work For in Asia” (Malaysia chapter) for the second consecutive year. From amongst 280 participating companies, Kimberly-Clark Malaysia was selected as one of the winners, along with 44 others.

Organized by HR Asia, the program recognizes and honors world-class corporations that demonstrate a high level of employee engagement, outstanding workplace cultures and best-in-class HR business practices.Top ranked companies were shortlisted based on a proprietary survey developed by HR Asia and its knowledge partner, Mercer, to determine employees’ intention, motivation, emotional engagement and advocacy of their employers.

The award recognizes Kimberly-Clark’s core values of being Authentic, Accountable, Innovative & Caring and is a result of every Kimberly-Clark Malaysia employee’s contribution to building talent, building trust, doing things ethically and finally unleashing the power of our people every single day.

At the award ceremony on 28 October 2016, Jason Crimson, Asia Pacific Global Business Services Director, received the award on behalf of Kimberly-Clark Malaysia.
