TÜV SÜD PSB Pte Ltd is accredited by Singapore Accreditation Council (SAC) for Food Safety Management System based on ISO22000 and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP). Under the SAC accreditation scheme, its certification services provide greater confidence and international recognition for the certified clients. It is committed to protecting the well-being and health of the public by ensuring that the organisations that they award certificates to meet stringent regulations and quality standards.
This certificate is critical proof that AquaMarine is living up to its reputation in providing international cuisine with impeccable food safety standards. It has established and applied a Food Safety Management System for the Preparation and Serving of Food and Beverages and that it has fulfilled the requirements according to SS590:2013 HACCP-based food safety management systems – Requirements for Any Organisations in the Food Chain. The Food Safety Management System will cover all aspects of food preparation processes from receiving of the raw materials, storage and preparation of the food and lastly to the final service to customers.
