After undergoing renovations during Ramadan, Fire & Ice is ready to reopen its doors for a whole new experience.
Bringing years of experience, Chef Jan has taken over the helm of Fire & Ice utilising his broad international knowledge to enhance the current menu offerings. Also using only the freshest seasonal ingredients and combining the most fascinating flavours, the new offerings promise to tantalize your taste buds. With a variety of cuts of meat, seafood specialties and vegetarian options, the new menu has been designed to suit every palate.
Start your dinner with a delicious Persian Feta Salad combining flavours inspired by Chef Jan’s travels which includes smoky eggplant caviar, watermelon, piquillo peppers and basil. Savour succulent cuts of meat prepared in a variety of ways to your liking, including Wagyu marble score 5+ from the farms of Australia where cattle are bred using the highest quality Wagyu bloodlines. Grass fed & Dry Aged “Irish” Beef has been permanently added to the new menu after receiving such a big hit in July’s promotion. To bring the best to your table, Chef has selected premium Black Angus beef that is dry aged on the bone for a minimum of 21 days. Fire & Ice also offers the option to complement your choice of meat with Grilled Tiger Prawns, Canadian Lobster or Seared Foie Gras.
The much-loved addition on the menu is the Fire & Ice Signature Mix Grill offering a variety of meats and seafood delicacies designed for sharing and include a whole European lobster, wild tiger prawns, ocean trout filet, Angus tenderloin, spatchcock corn-fed baby chicken and lamb chops. End your meal with a delicious caramelized lemon tart topped with iced ginger milk or with a milk chocolate brulée bar, cocoa almond streusel and caramel for the chocolate fans.
To complement the superb menu is a wine list of more than 700 wines, offering the best of both the old and new world flavours. In addition, over 40 wines are available by the glass. Our dedicated award-winning Sommelier will be on hand to recommend the finest wines with each course for a customised dining experience.
The Fire & Ice menu will change every season to provide you the best ingredients and flavours of each season. The traditional monthly specials will still be on offer starting with Oysters in September. Join us from the 1st-14th September to celebrate the unique characters found in each type of oyster, varying greatly in texture, flavour and finish. A true culinary delight for those wishing to experience freshness at its peak.
