Chosen from the world's most pristine waters, oysters have throughout the ages been a delicacy. Celebrating the unique characters found in each type, they can vary greatly in texture, flavour and finish, and are a true culinary delight for those wishing to experience freshness at its peak.
Delight in a selection of freshly shucked oysters including Duchy of Cornwall from the UK, Belon and Prat-Ar-Coum from France and Umami from Holland served with a choice of dressings such as the traditional mignonette, champagne emulsion and Bloody Mary granite. Enjoy a pan-fried Dover sole with oysters and champagne as your main course and do not miss out on our exquisite dessert, a frozen blood orange torte with crunchy almonds and citrus sabayon. Our dedicated award-winning Sommelier will be on hand to recommend the best wines with each course for a customised dining experience.
