GONG 2012 Creative Circle Awards Night- Congratulations to all Winners!

This year’s awards is dedicated to the clients who inspired and pushed agencies to produce courageous work, the forgotten heroes who are an integral part of the creative matrix – agency producers, directors, photographers, designers, art directors, copywriters and production companies.

The Awards Night on Wednesday 21st November 2012 was well attended by Chief Creative Officers, Executive Creative Directors, Client Marketers, Government Agencies and a host of top industry professionals, who were treated to a specially created Gallery showcasing the finalists’ work, and a customized performance from Japan to open the awards show.

The coveted Solitaire Award was presented to JWT Singapore for its entry “Rapid Rescue” for Singapore Red Cross. The Solitaire Award is the ‘Best of Show’ … an award bestowed by the Heads of Jury that is selected from the winners of all the Best of Category and celebrates ground breaking creativity exceeding clear high standards on all accounts.

Lynette Ang, Senior Vice President-Strategic Marketing Communications, NTUC Income was crowned Creative Client of the Year. The Creative Client award is judged by the Heads of Jury who go through a gruelling process to select client marketers who dared to take risks to differentiate their brands and set new industry trends. Breast Cancer Foundation walked away as Advertiser of the Year having bagged the most gold awards as a client.

DDB Singapore walked away with a huge haul of metals and earned bragging rights as the Agency of the Year 2012. Kinetic Singapore emerged as Independent Agency of the Year, and JWT Singapore won Digital Agency of the Year. Design Agency of the Year, a new award created for this year’s awards went to A Beautiful Design.
