DEDICATION FROM TEAM PAYS OFF WITH RCA PLATE
Muscat’s restaurant at the Novotel Vines Resort and Country Club has won the prestigious WA Restaurant & Catering Award for “Restaurant within a Licensed Venue” for 2015.
The small but dedicated team from the Swan Valley were elated after beating off contestants such as Ishka at The Breakwater, Tata’s, The Currambine and the Royal Freshwater Bay Yacht Club.
“We have strived to innovate and excite with our new menu, taking natural and local produce and designing a menu that showcases that produce, and presents it with modern and creative taste, style and flair,” said Executive Chef, Mark Ford.
“Guests love in particular the dishes such as Crocodile & lemon myrtle spring rolls with banana mayo, with some returning to eat the same dishes, whilst others love new fresh menu items using the best in local produce and indulging with the innovating wine list featuring some of the best Swan Valley wines said Sara Fry, Restaurant Manager.

Muscat’s is the a la carte dining restaurant at the Novotel Vines Resort, open from 6pm Tuesday – Saturday evenings for dinner and daily for breakfast from 7am. It opened in 1996 called The Vigneron, and it is not only popular amongst house guests, but also with many Golf club members and local residents of the Swan Valley community.
