GEM Residences appoints Asia PR Werkz
Asia PR Werkz has been appointed by GEM Residences for the launch of the new condominium in May 2016. The agency will develop and execute the PR strategy for GEM Residences leading up to the launch of the highly anticipated 'new gem' in Toa Payoh.
Gem Residences is jointly developed by Gamuda, Evia Real Estate and Maxdin Pte Ltd. It marks the first private residential project for Toa Payoh since 2009, and will cater to the pent-up demand for property in the prime district. The show gallery located along Lorong 5 Toa Payoh (behind the Dragon Playground) will be opened daily from 28 April, 10am to 7pm. The project will be launched in end May, and is expected to obtain TOP in 2020.
