Atos announces new line of Big-Data appliances for SAP HANA® based on bullion S

These appliances help accelerate performance of business intelligence (BI) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions and are specifically dedicated to supporting Big-Data, in-memory applications. They are designed for real-time decision making, helping customers unlock new insights, and improve business productivity and IT efficiency.

This new range of appliances leverages the scalability of the bullion S server and the performance of EMC storage to optimize small to extra-large system landscapes running SAP HANA.

The Bull bullion S2, S4 and S8 appliances have been certified for operating SAP HANA^*.Certification was achieved on bullion S2, S4 and S8 servers equipped with Intel® Xeon® E7 v2 processors and a VNX5400 unified storage system from EMC, providing outstanding flexibility, performance and cost optimization.
