Atos ranked first in Whitelane’s 2017 IT Outsourcing Study for Belgium and Luxembourg

Brussels, Paris, 6 April 2017

Atos was ranked first in the most recent edition of the yearly IT Outsourcing Study, organized by Whitelane in collaboration with Vlerick Business School, in the category ‘data centre and managed infrastructure services’. This client satisfaction survey, the most representative in our market, measures the satisfaction of provided services with large outsourcing contracts in several categories among 200 companies in Belgium and Luxembourg.

This year Atos received the highest satisfaction score in the category ‘data centre and managed infrastructure services’. With a score of 81%, Atos remained well above the average of 74%. This score also constitutes an increase with 6 percentage points compared to last year, when Atos was ranked fourth.

General satisfaction score also high

Atos also received a high general satisfaction score: 78%. This satisfaction is highest in the categories ‘account management’ and ‘business understanding’, where Atos score was 5 percentage points above the average. “These scores are a result of our continuous pursuit of an optimal solution for the client. We know our clients’ priorities and are always looking for the best possible technical support to help them reach these business objectives", concludes Antoine Kerrinckx, Managing Director of Atos in Belgium and Luxembourg.
