Clarke Quay Christmas Carnival takes you on a whirlwind journey of Gourmet Festive Dining, Fabulous Rewards and Parties!
Immerse in the joyous warmth of the yuletide season as Clarke Quays present a Christmas Carnival filled with gourmet treats from around the world, fabulous rewards and epic parties for the month of December 2013 amidst the twinkling warmth of Christmas light up.
Continue the high through to 31st December 2013 (Tuesday) as we broadcast LIVE from Radio City, Clarke Quay together with 987FM and countdown to fabulous 2014 at Clarke Quay’s Annual New Year’s Eve Countdown Party!
As you start your gastronomic journey through a vast offering of festive dining specials, Christmas feasting at Clarke Quay is an indulging affair. Enjoy the wonderful season of wine, dine and merrymaking with a wide selection of A la carte selections, Festive Platters, Set Lunch and Dinner options. There is a slew of A la carte Christmas specials ranging from the traditional to fusion as Chicken Cordon Bleu (ChinaOne) or Turkey Masala (Ras The Essence of India) and Santa Claws Whole Jumbo Lobster Thermidor (Fremantle Seafood Market). For something in between, nibble on appetizing bites like the very addictive Plato Botenero; a unique mix of fresh corn tortilla chips and pork chicharrones serve with fresh salsa and guacamole at Senor Taco or delectable small plates such as fresh Oyster with cucumber sauce or Wagyu Beef Taru-Taru and more from $12++ onwards at Tomo Izakaya.

For the grand feast, THE PUMPROOM serves up traditional Christmas signatures like Lobster & Cognac Bisque, Roasted Herb Turkey, Honey Gammon Ham, Roasted Rack of Lamb, the traditional Christmas Pudding and more with their selection of Set Dinners. Coriander Leaf festive Set Dinner Menu ($98 ++ per pax) offers delectable delights such as Pan Seared Spiced Salt Rub Foie Gras, Tandoori King Prawn & Scallop, Chargrilled Baby Lamb Rack and more.
