EXPERIENCE RED TAIL BAR BY ZOUK: SINGAPORE COCKTAIL FESTIVAL 2017 | #LETSCOCKTAIL CAMPAIGN | RED TAIL HOSPITALITY NIGHT

SINGAPORE, 16 MARCH 2017– Following the grand opening of the Zouk complex at Clarke Quay earlier this month, Red Tail Bar by Zouk announces partnerships with the Singapore Cocktail Festival 2017 (#SGCF2017) as well as the #letscocktail campaign by Diageo and UberEATS, further anchoring itself as a specialty bar and pre-game playground amongst up-and-coming concepts within the precinct.

Primed as a place for partygoers and industry partners alike, Red Tail will also be launching a weekly ‘Red Tail Hospitality Night’ with special drink promotions for friends from the hospitality industry. The Red Tail Hospitality Night will be running every Sunday night, starting this week on 19 March.

RED TAIL X SINGAPORE COCKTAIL FESTIVAL 2017

From today, 16 March, Red Tail will be hosting and participating in a series of “Taste”, “Learn” and “Play” activities as part of #SGCF2017 that runs from 16 to 21 March 2017. Kindly refer to the schedule breakdown below for more information:

16 to 21 March

Red Tail Specials: Five Signature Cocktails at $15nett each

Red Tail will be serving up five new signature cocktails including the Asia’s Best Gin & Tonic (awarded at the East Imperial Gin Jubilee 2016), Float Like A Butterfly, alongside a genever-based Cold Season, a vodka-based Snowy Valentine’s, bourbon-based Golden Flower, and Bacardi Carta Blanc cocktail inspired by local a favourite snack, Muah Chee, all at $15nett for the week.

17 March | 8pm

Guest Bartender Shift: Ivar De Lange & Malika Saidi, Lucas Bols

On 17 March, 8pm, Ivar De Lange, Master Bartender for Lucas Bols and the man behind the Bols Bartending Academy, along with Malika Saidi, Global Brand Ambassador and Trainer at the Bols Bartending Academy, will be making an appearance at Red Tail, serving up creative tipples inspired by Lucas Bols.

18 March | 9.45pm to 10.30pm (last stop of the tour)

Cocktail Tour: ‘New Kids On The Block’

On 18 March, Red Tail will run as part of ‘New Kids On The Block’, a cocktail tour that #SGCF2017 will be running during the week to highlight some of the newest specialty bars in town. Tickets for the tour can be purchased from here: http://bit.ly/2nrpVRY.

18 March | 9pm to 11pm

Guest Bartender Shift: Attapon De-Silva, Q&A, Bangkok

On 18 March, from 9pm to 11pm, title champion of the La Maison, Cointreau Thailand 2015 series and 2nd runner-up of the Diplomatico World Tournament Thailand 201, Attapon De-Silva from Q&A bar in Bangkok will be serving up three cocktails during his guest shift. Going at $22nett each, guests can expect to try the Own FashionedFlat White and Amber.

19 March | 2pm to 4pm

Workshop: Basic Cocktail Techniques with Brendon (Crackerjack) and Syafiq (28HKS)

On 19 Match, 2pm to 4pm, Brendon from Crakerjack and Syafiq from 28HKS will be hosting a workshop, giving guests of Red Tail or aspiring bartenders an introduction to basic cocktail techniques and how to utilize ingredients that are easily available.
