McGETTIGAN'S CLARKE QUAY TO CELEBRATE FIRST BIRTHDAY WITH A NIGHT OF LIVE MUSIC, FOOD AND DRINKS PROMOTIONS & AIR TICKET DRAW

Modern Irish bar McGettigan's will throw a first birthday party on Friday 6th May to celebrate the twelve month milestone of opening their doors in Clarke Quay, Singapore. The event is designed to thank customers for their support in contributing to the success of their first year of operation in Asia. The night will feature performances from resident local bands and one lucky winner will walk away with a pair of Etihad Economy Class tickets to Europe.

To mark the occasion, McGettigan's will be offering a variety of promotions on their popular food and beverage menu including 1 for 1 on all Lunch Dishes from 11am - 2pm. Guests will enjoy 1 for 1 drinks and $6.00 shots from 6pm to midnight and the celebrations will continue until close, with drinks only $10 nett from midnight. A limited number of goodie bags will be on offer, with great giveaways inside. A lucky few will find a Golden Ticket, inviting the winner to return to McGettigan's with a group of friends for a night out, with the tab being covered by McGettigan's.

Performances from regular house bands Terrible News - with Mike Spinks and Neal Goldberg and acoustic soft rock artist, Aman Wadhwa will kick off the festivities before well-known band, Gan Ainm, take to the stage with their extensive electric Irish Celtic repertoire.

As a further thank you to customers for their support over the past year, McGettigan's Clarke Quay has partnered up with premium airline Etihad to give one customer the chance to win a pair of economy class tickets to an Etihad European destination of their choice. Over the next few weeks, customers will receive an entry card for every $50.00 spent at the outlet. The winner will be drawn on Friday 6th of May at 10:30pm, during the first birthday party event. The winner must be in attendance to claim their prize.

McGettigan's has enjoyed a successful first year in Singapore, establishing itself as a destination where guests can enjoy top quality pub grub, excellent live music 7 days a week and a variety of live sports shown on numerous HD screens throughout the bar. The private event space, The Malt Room, on Level 2 of the venue has also helped to raise the profile of the venue, with a range of social and corporate functions hosted here on a regular basis.
