McGettigan’s Clarke Quay presents Gavin James
McGettigan’s Clarke Quay is proud to present Irish singer/songwriter Gavin James. The 25-yearold
Dublin native will perform a free live solo, acoustic gig on Wednesday September 28.
Support acts will start at 7pm before James takes to the stage at 10.30pm, followed by a DJ
until close.
Gavin James is quickly becoming one of Ireland’s rising stars, since the release of his debut
album Bitter Pill on 20 November 2015 through Warner Ireland. It was awarded Platinum
certificate for sales in Ireland and has won the Choice Music Prize for Best Single released in
2015. The talented artist has been making waves across Europe, Australia and the USA and has
had a jam packed summer playing at V festival in England and Electric Picnic in Ireland.
James’ performance at McGettigan’s Clarke Quay will be a rare opportunity for fans and music
lovers to hear the popular musician in such intimate surroundings, outside of his massive
stadium gigs.
Ladies can also take advantage of complimentary house drinks from a specially designed menu,
exclusively as it is also Ladies Night. Ladies get three coupons to enjoy three free drinks when
they arrive between 7pm and 10pm (which can be redeemed until midnight) with happy hour
running until midnight. They can also enjoy a three course set menu for $30++.
