Singapore’s Joo Hong Medical Hall has slashed its printing costs by 35 per cent by switching to Epson’s WF-R8591 that comes with high-volume replaceable ink packs

Founded in 1938, Joo Hong Medical Hall is a distributor of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) products from leading Chinese manufacturers such as Lanzhou Foci Pharmaceutical and Tianjin Central Pharmaceutical. It has also developed its own Feng Brand^® supplementary products.

The company had been using a copier machine for years, but it recently switched to the Epson WorkForce Pro WF-R8591 business inkjet printer.

Epson printers are built with usability in mind and the WorkForce Pro WF-R8591 is no exception. The printer supports automatic duplex printing of up to 16 ipm for A4 and 11 ipm for A3, reducing paper wastage.

Plus, with its print job interruption feature, users can interrupt the print queue when there is an urgent print job. Interrupted print jobs are paused and can be resumed later once the urgent tasks are completed. In addition, users can cancel the print job from the control panel even when the printer is in the process of printing.
