Evorich Flooring Group is the official co-sponsor for Southeast Asia Property Awards 2012; during the event, Mr Dennis Teo of Evorich is the award presenter for 2 prestigious award categories; the Best Developer (Singapore) and the Best Condo Development (Thailand). 

Receiving the awards from Dennis, are the Group President (Property) of UOL Group Limited, Mr Liam Wee Sin for winning the Best Developer in Singapore; and Mr Piaras Moriaty of The River by Taksin Properties Co. Ltd., for winning the Best Condo Development in Thailand. Both of them also win the awards for the Best Developer (Southeast Asia) and the Best Condo Development (Southeast Asia) respectively.
