Steady recruitment poised for Q4 2015 in SG
Jobseekers in Singapore can look forward to a steady stream of employment opportunities come the October-December period.
This is according to Manpower Employment Outlook Survey, which cited that Singapore organisations are signalling steady recruitment prospects for Q4 2015.
Of the 665 employers polled, 16% are predicting a rise in staffing levels, three percent are expecting a drop, and 69% are anticipating no change.
Once the data is refined to allow for seasonal variation, the Net Employment Outlook stands at +12%.
The Net Employment Outlook is the figure that is derived by taking the percentage of employers anticipating total employment to increase and subtracting from this the percentage expecting to see a decrease in employment at their location in the next quarter.
The result of this calculation is the Net Employment Outlook.
