The most celebrated travel awards of the year by Travel Weekly Asia

Singapore, 22 October 2015 - Travel Weekly Asia announced the 32 winners of their Reader’s Choice Awards winners today.

“In August and September, we engaged the Travel Weekly Asia and Travel Weekly China readers to vote for their best choice of travel companies,” said Irene Chua, Group Publisher, Travel Weekly Asia. “Our winners are the very best in the industry.”

The ceremony was conducted at the acclaimed Me@OUE and attended by more than 100 international travel industry leaders and influencers.

The awardees for the Travel Weekly Asia Reader’s Choice Awards include prestigious hospitality companies such as Starwood Hotels & Resorts for Best Hotel Chain (International).

Dorsett Hospitality International staked their claim for Best Hotel Chain (Regional) and The Fullerton Bay Hotel for Best Luxury Hotel. The Upper House, Hong Kong captured the hearts of our readers for Best Boutique Hotel.

In the Airline Category, Singapore Airlines clinched the most coveted title of Best Airline (Global). While the hot favourite among readers for the region went to Qatar Airways for The Best Airline (Business). The leader in the low-cost carrier sector AirAsia, soared with an award for its category.

The cruise sector saw the industry’s established winners take the awards home. Royal Caribbean Cruises won for Best Cruise Line. Costa Cruise’s Costa Victoria sailed away with Best Cruise Ship while Princess Cruises anchors the prize for Best Cruise Line (Sales & Service Excellence).
