Thousands of families, including over 100,000 children, have not got enough food, water or shelter, and are vulnerable to disease.

The government of Pakistan has been clamping down on militant groups in the Khyber Agency, part of the country’s Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), since mid-January. Hundreds of thousands of people are said to have fled or are fleeing.
