Is this an HDB?!

After Xiaxue's passionate post on the decor of her new house, we were left in awe. The turquoise-blue colour themed decor seeks to recreate the ambience of the beach. Coupled with the decor and furniture, it indeed feels like an indoor beach. It seems like you can almost smell the ocean and taste the sand. Check out her video to witness the transformation!

Put on a fresh coat of paint, knock down some walls, carefully select desired furniture and decor ... there you go - a haven from the outside world. Words seem to have over-simplified the renovation process of such great design, which easily takes a few months. It is amazing how space design can transform a dull looking space into a furnished and cosy area.

We can't claim expert in the field of space design, but are supporters of good space design. After some obsessive combing through the net, we found some great finds. Enjoy these eye-candies.

"Is this an HDB?!" you might ask. Don't doubt. Albeit cold and homogeneous looking on the outside, they come alive on the inside with their modern and contemporary design.

Kudos to these people and their effort in their HDB designs!

Leave a note to share with us your finds :)
