QNET takes award for mobile customer engagement at a major international leadership summit on customer relationship excellence and service quality in Hong Kong last night.
The award, received by QNET Chief Information Officer Malcolm Chiu (pictured right), recognises QNET’s dedication in the development and implementation of three apps; QNET Mobile, the VCON app and our new QNET Edge video and quiz app.
In a glowing statement marking our latest technology achievement, QNET Chief Executive Officer Haldun Arin described the honour of being chosen as a finalist, let alone winning the mCommerce Customer Engagement category at the summit.
“We are incredibly grateful to the Awards Committee and the panel of experts for recognising our efforts. Our journey in realigning our global eCommerce business with mobile is a long but rewarding one, and in many ways we’re only beginning. This award is just fantastic encouragement for us, especially for the team who has worked so hard to bring the apps to life,” says Haldun.
QNET’s Head of Digital Platform Development Amanda Yang is equally excited.
