May 03, 2012 15:47 CEST Osstell The SmartPeg is used together with the measurement instruments Osstell Mentor or Osstell ISQ. Both instruments measure the resonance frequency of a SmartPeg, when it is attached to an implant. The resonance frequency is calculated into an ISQ-number, running from 0 to 100. The calculation is fixed and consists of a fourth-grade polynomial.
