The dimensions of the XRHGantry can be modified to fit the existing inspection room. If there is no inspection room, the system can be delivered with a foldable X-ray cabinet.

Through the ultra-precise motors common inspection procedures can be automated into sequences. The coupled movement ensures that the detector and tube are always perpendicular to avoid distortion. Heavy parts can be moved in the inspection room on rails, lifting carts or even fork lifters. The dimensions of the XRHGantry can be modified to fit the existing inspection room.

Especially the tilting feature, which achieves an elliptical view of double wall welds, and the huge magnification axis, which allows to dynamically to zoom into a region of interest, make this system stand out. The system has a tilting axis to allow elliptical weld inspection from multiple angles. To adjust the resolution, the magnification can be changed dynamically. Finally, the tube and detector can be rotated 330° around the pipe center to capture all angles. All movements are automated through CNC programmable axes in our Xplus Handle to increase the inspection speed and quality.

The XRHMultiTube is a specialized system for the inspection of endless pipes. The pipes are welded together and coiled on a big reel for the oil and gas industry. As the inspection has to be carried out in respect to the demanding EN-17636 standard a sophisticated mechanic is needed.
