“TOKYO DENSE FOG”
These images show the face of Tokyo through a dense fog and the scattering of light. It captures the many faces that Tokyo shows in a day, and transforms into a poetic and dreamy landscape swallowed up by a perfectly white world. The light is scattered by countless droplets of water, shimmering in the air.

mopico is an iOS application that allows you to create “Motion Collages” by decorating and editing your own photos and videos. WOW utilized information architecture and GUI design to make it simple to use, yet still be packed with loads of great features. mopico was designed with young women in mind, the target market being women in their teens and 20s.

WOW was in charge of planning the exhibition production space for the artist, Kataoka Tsurutaro, latest work “Goldfish - two panel folding screen”.
This is an installation art piece that inspires a sense of artistic wonder, by displaying a revolving lantern using a traditional two panel screen and modern motion graphics, and blending them into one.

Created and directed the concept movie for the opening ceremony of Toranomon Hills. The movie showcases the majesty of Toranomon Hills, and its role in shaping the modern Tokyo landscape. The history of Toranomon and Toranomon Hills is presented by drawing upon sounds from Tokyo’s past and present, all beautifully produced using state-of-the-art sound production technology.

Utilizing “particle expression”, “fluid simulation algorithms”, and “dynamics calculations”, all of which are specialities of 3DCG animation, WOW created abstract phenomena and space using wind, fire, water, light and smoke. The sophistication and vibrant movement of dance was expressed through the use of these nature phenomena.
