Naturist Association Thailand on April 4 2015 proudly presents the first class ever in Thailand in Naked Yoga. The instructor, Dr Sabita Devi from India is a highly educated yoga teacher. She believes in the benefit of performing yoga naked and thinks naturism and yoga fit well together. In its purest form, nude yoga can unite the body, mind, and spirit, resulting in a state of joyful bliss.
