Stockholm, December 4, 2018 – Trustly, the European payments company, has been recognized as a DI Gasell for the fourth year in a row.
The DI Gasell award was established in 2000 by the financial daily newspaper Dagens Industri to recognize Sweden’s fastest-growing companies. To become a Gasell, the company needs to deliver on a number of decisive criteria such as organic growth, rapid increase in turnover and overall it needs to demonstrate profitable and sound finances.
Oscar Berglund, CEO of Trustly, said: “To have become a DI Gasell for the fourth time is an acknowledgment of the hard work done by the entire Trustly team. It is proof of the growing value that our payment solutions have for online merchants and the appeal our products have to European consumers when they pay online.“
To become a DI Gasell the company must have:
- A turnover surpassing 10 MSEK
- A minimum of 10 staff members
- At least doubled its turnover, when comparing the first and the past fiscal year
- Increased its turnover each year for the past three years
- A positive operating profit during the past four fiscal years
