“Michael Tucker’s extensive experience in every facet of training, from the individual to large organizational level, is a great asset to 4C North America’s customers. He is a true master at establishing training requirements and achieving high standards using objective based outcomes, and we are delighted to welcome him to our Board of Directors”, says Christer Kjellkvist, MD 4C North America.

Valuable market insights

Michael Tucker’s career of solving complex organizational problems culminated as the commander of First Army, charged with training readiness of all Army National Guard and US Army Reserve units (over 500,000 troops).

“With over 20 years’ experience in operations and training, Michael Tucker will further enhance our Capability Development solution and bring valuable market insights. In less than one year, he created a 37% increase in capacity while saving $12 million USD annually and that kind of achievement is what we jointly will bring to the market,” says Andreas Hedskog, Founder and Executive Chairman at 4C Strategies.

Big challenge

Now, it’s time for my next big challenge.”
