Risk Management in space - 4C Strategies host Swedish astronaut Christer Fuglesang

Christer Fuglesang, the only Swedish astronaut to date visited Exobar, a repeat event organised by 4C Strategies, on the 19th of February to give a presentation on systematic risk management. The event was attended by leading risk managers from the Swedish public and private sector.

During his presentation, Fuglesang emphasized the importance of systematic risk management as a tool to succeed with projects in a complex environment. As the complexity in the business context is increasing, companies and organizations could learn from the approach in space in order to create a robust and secure business.
