Alma Property Partners acquires Tikkuri
Alma Property Partners acquires Tikkuri, a retail center serving the Tikkurila community in Vantaa
The Tikkuri property is located in the heart of the Tikkurila district in Vantaa, Finland. The Tikkurila area has been developing quickly over the past few years supported by excellent transportation links and significant population growth. Tikkuri is located next to the Vantaa town hall and adjacent to one of the busiest railway stations in Finland. The location is 20 minutes by rail to central Helsinki and 15 minutes to Helsinki airport. The investment is the first Finnish investment in Alma’s second opportunistic fund and is made together with Mrec Investment Management.
