Viega Group

The Viega Group, one of the leading manufacturers of installation technology, has started to provide architects, designers and engineers with selected pre-wall technology products as their first BIM objects for Revit and ArchiCAD, as a first test. The assortment includes flush plates and WC elements. To take account for the BIM method, Viega presents unique files with all possible product combinations as well as technical parameters in the sanitary field.

These models, presenting both textures and technical parameters, are available under Revit, ArchiCAD and IFC formats.

Compañero

Compañero is a Dutch manufacturer who creates Anti-slip texture mats for prefabricated concrete moulding. By gluing a mat to the bottom of a concrete mould a texture is imprinted in the concrete which provides an aesthetic and efficient anti-slip protection.

Available in the BIMobject.com cloud are textures and material files for both ArchiCAD and Revit which make it possible for the user to easily produce designs with the various Compañero patterns and to make material takeoffs as well as area scheduling.

Schneider Electric

Schneider Electric, a global specialist in energy management, further expands their profile on the BIMobject Cloud. Pragma is a modular enclosure for electrical panel-boards and switchboards. The objects include both surface mounting and flush mounted variations from 13 to 24 modules in Revit.

Montbel

From now on, BIM object users can download Montbel BIM objects and upgrade their interior design projects with high quality products Made In Italy. Products developed by Montbel are made for ArchiCAD and they include tables, chairs and sofas. Dimensional parameters are locked to the manufacturer’s specifications. The user interface gives the possibility to choose the material of the 3D model and to adjust visual appearance of 2D and 3D symbolics.

Hyllteknik

The Swedish company Hyllteknik offers a large assortment of flexible shelf systems for small offices as well as warehouse storage in industrial premises. Hyllteknik have now complemented their BIM object series in both Revit and ArchiCAD with their new product lines, now also including the new Wood collection. The objects come with complete customisability to enable the user to freely configure the shelf solution that will fit their project. The new products from Hyllteknik can be downloaded directly through BIMobject's Apps or from bimobject.com.

Swedoor

Swedoor, a part of the global door producer JELD-WEN, continue to add products of their door range to the BIMobject Cloud. This week, exterior doors for the Scandinavian market are published. As a start, the products are available for Revit.
