Private Group Organisers’ Open Day – Sunday 7th November 2010
We opened the doors of the lovely Lemsford Mill for our third group oraganisers’ open day. Those invited, got the opportunity to meet up with the staff here and take part in a leisurely guided walk across the famous nearby Brocket Hall Estate.
After a delightful lunch we then took them on a short tour of our historic converted water mill – which according to legend is the mill referred to in the well-known music hall favourite “There’s an old mill by the stream, Nellie Dean..”!
We would like to take the opportunity to thank all those that came. We had a lovely time meeting you all, and we hope it was an enjoyable and informative day for you.
