How important is it to reward everyone involved in organising a charity fun run?
- They all deserve a medal – volunteers and runners
- Runners love receiving medals and special badges for their efforts and should be rewarded, but volunteers shouldn’t expect such an award
- Charities need every penny, so you shouldn’t feel obliged to provide a medal to every runner as it could go to the good cause
- Runners do it for the love and to raise money – they don’t need medals
