Bury East residents invited to Township Forum

Residents in Bury East are invited to play their part in community matters by attending the next meeting of the local Township Forum.

On the agenda will be the ongoing review of the library service. Consultation runs until 27 April, and more details are available here: http://www.bury.gov.uk/index.aspx?articleid=13578

There will also be an update from the Neighbourhood Policing Team, from the forum’s advisory group, and on the funding available to voluntary and community groups. Residents can also raise matters during the usual open forum and public question time.

The meeting is on Tuesday 21 March in the Peel Room at Bury Town Hall, starting at 7pm.
