Creepy Summer Fun for children at Bury libraries

This year’s Summer Reading Challenge theme is ‘Creepy house’ and Bury Library Service has organised story and craft sessions for children aged 5 and above.

Cost per session is £2 and as places are limited, these must be pre-booked by contacting the relevant library. Session details:

Spooky Creatures:

The Tin Forest by Helen Ward

  • Thursday 8 August:
    • 10.30-11.30 – Prestwich Library and Adult Learning Centre
    • 2.30-3.30 – Whitefield Library and Adult Learning Centre
  • Friday 9 August:
    • 10.30-11.30 – Unsworth Library

Puppet Workshop:

  • Thursday 15 August:
    • 10.30-11.30 – Prestwich Library and Adult Learning Centre
    • 2.30-3.30 – Whitefield Library and Adult Learning Centre
  • Friday 16 August:
    • 10.30-11.30 – Unsworth Library

“Horrorgami” and other paper crafts:
