​Major Prestwich issues to be discussed by township forum

Residents are encouraged to come along to the next Prestwich Township Forum on Monday 25 January, starting at 6.30pm at the Longfield Suite.

Agenda items include:

  • Council budget presentation
  • Prestwich High Street Improvement Scheme update
  • Prestwich parking strategy update
  • Police update
  • Town Plan update
  • Public Question Time
  • Funding for local groups

Prestwich Township Forum agendas and minutes of meetings can be found at www.bury.gov.uk following the link for Councillors and Committees.

  • The PACT (Police And Communities Together) meeting will start at 5.30pm before the forum. This is a chance to meet your neighbourhood policing team and discuss issues one-to-one. For more details, call GMP Bury South team on 0161 856 8204 or email BurySouth@gmp.police.uk.
