Players – and sponsors – wanted for Mayor’s charity golf day

Kind-hearted sportsmen and women – and local businesses - are invited to make the Mayor of Bury’s annual charity golf tournament a success.

The event, organised by Bury Sports and Physical Activity Service, takes place onMonday 24 April at Stand Golf Club.

All donations will go to charities chosen by the mayor, Councillor Mike Connolly, which are the Joshua Wilson Brain Tumour Charity, Annabelle's Challenge and Bury Alzheimer's Society.

The three-person Stableford is £35 per person and includes a three-course meal at the prize presentation dinner from 7pm. All players also have access to the Nineteenth Stand Bar which will be open throughout the day for players to purchase refreshments.
