Take part in Youth Democracy Day

Are you aged 11-19 and looking for something interesting to do during half-term, and make changes in your local area?

Bury Council is holding a Youth Democracy Day on Friday 26 October inBuryTown Hall(11am-3.30pm). This is a free event and lunch will be provided.

Young people can take part in games and activities, a debate in the council chamber, meet the Mayor and local politicians, and find out how to become a Youth Councillor or a member of the United Kingdom Youth Parliament.
