Township Forum to discuss bins and health care

Household waste collections and the future of health services are on the agenda for Ramsbottom, Tottington and North Manor.

The local Township Forum meets onWednesday 17 September at Ramsbottom Civic Hall, and all local residents are invited.

The council will outline changes to the bin rota, which are due to start in the second week of October. NHS Bury Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) will present the Healthier Together consultation
process, which looks at how health care and specifically hospital services Greater Manchester cold be organised in future.

There will also be updates on adult care services and the draft Township Area Plan.

The meeting starts at 7pm, and features the usual open forum and public question time.
