Center Parcs awarded 5-star rating by Visit Britain

We are delighted to announce Center Parcs has achieved Visit Britain’s 5-star rating for all 4 sites. Following visits from independent assessors in September and October 2009, Visit Britain reported impressive results.

Assessors noted excellent levels of service across all areas and exceptional standards of cleanliness were also recognised.

Visit Britain’s quality assessment scheme seeks to inform consumers of the quality of service and facilities they can expect from accommodation in the UK; the 5 star rating recognises an ‘exceptional standard, with a degree of luxury’.

The Visit Britain Resort Spa Accreditation has also been awarded to Aqua Sana for performing above standards that comply with the Waves of Excellence criteria. Accreditation is based on quality of service, ambiance, satisfaction with therapies and treatments, value for money, professionalism of staff and range of services available.
