Costa details its Christmas Jumper promotion. Between the hours of 2pm-6pm on Friday the 6th and Friday the 13th of December customers ordering any medio Christmas Drink from the Christmas range will be be awarded a free mince tart if wearing a Christmas Jumper.
Costa has won three awards at the Allegra European Coffee Shop Awards in Paris scooping the prize for 'Best Branded Coffee Shop Chain in Europe', 'Best Branded Coffee Shop Chain in the UK & Ireland' and 'Best Branded Coffee Shop Chain in Southern Europe'.
The Costa Book Awards is the only major UK book prize that is open solely to authors resident in the UK and Ireland and also, uniquely, recognises the most enjoyable books across five categories – First Novel, Novel, Biography, Poetry and Children’s Book - published in the last year. The release reveals which books made the category shortlists for 2013.
Costa is the second largest coffee shop chain in the world, with over 2,700 stores across 30 countries, including over 1,600 stores in the UK and over 300 in China.
Costa has entered into a franchise agreement with Fawaz A. Alhokair & Co., with the aim of opening the first Costa Coffee store in Casablanca in early 2014.
