Kraft Foods and Costa announce a major collaboration that will revolutionise in-home coffee enjoyment.
The alliance will allow consumers to enjoy the great taste and drinks of the nation’s favourite coffee* in their homes using the high-quality Tassimo on-demand beverage system.
Costa have made this move into the ‘at home’ market in response to customer feedback, which highlighted the discerning coffee consumer wants a great quality cup of coffee at any time of the day. This highlights Costa’s passion to deliver an unbeatable coffee experience, wherever a customer may be.

For Kraft, this collaboration showcases commitment to the On Demand segment, the fastest growing in home coffee category, and the continued investment in Tassimo.

The Tassimo Costa range will initially offer three of the nation’s favourite beverages, the Cappuccino, the Latte and the Americano. Gennaro Pelliccia, Costa’s Master of Coffee, has worked for many months with experts from Kraft Foods to ensure that the unique taste of Costa coffee is maintained in the Tassimo products.
The Tassimo on demand system is manufactured by Bosch and offers consumers the convenience of producing great quality hot beverages at home, easily! By offering a range of Costa beverages in addition to the existing drinks portfolio, UK consumers can indulge in their love of Costa coffee drinks at home.

Tassimo brewers and the Tassimo Costa range of T-discs will be communicated and available in selected Costa stores in the south west of England during May, before going on sale nationwide from Autumn 2012.
