Dohop and OAG Announce Data Partnership

Press release   •   Mar 08, 2012 20:12 GMT

Iceland based travel search website Dohop has signed a partnership with OAG, a UBM Aviation brand. For the first time since its inception, travelers will be able to access OAG’s industry leading information on airline flight schedules across all of Dohop’s websites.

This new data agreement makes Dohop’s world class flight search even more powerful, with up-to-date and extensive information. More accurate data means better service to corporate customers and consumers alike, as well as Dohop’s whitelabel affiliate partners.

OAG is a global flight information and data solutions provider for the passenger aviation, air cargo logistics and business travel markets. The OAG flight schedules database is the most comprehensive available and Dohop users will now be able to search for flights with more accuracy and reliability.

“We are excited to have OAG on board as our new data provider,” says Kristjan Bjarnason, Dohop’s CEO. “Offering better data to our customers is simply one step towards increasing our level of service.”

“OAG is delighted to partner with Dohop,” said Mike Thompson, Vice President Sales & Innovation at UBM Aviation. “We believe that our flight data coupled with Dohop’s world class flight search will provide travelers with a superior option for booking flights.”

Dohop users will be able to access the OAG data on all Dohop sites from February 22nd 2012.
